  • The item is defective or faulty;

  • The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe.

🚫 When Returns Are Not Possible

  • If you simply changed your mind or selected the wrong color/size;

  • If the item has been used or damaged by you;

  • Personal hygiene or cosmetic products (for safety reasons).

🔄 Exchanges or Reshipments

If a problem is confirmed, we can:

  • Reship the item at no additional cost; or

  • Refund your payment using the same method used for purchase.
